What does a service look like?

Steenks Service offers servicing for all of the machines in its range. You can always choose whether we do the work on site or come and collect the machine from you ourselves. An on-site service will always save you a lot of time, allowing you to get back to work with your machine in no time! Servicing goes beyond just a quick polish – we check the machine thoroughly, carry out mechanical maintenance and update the machine to the newest version. This will allow you to go on using your machine without having to worry!

When does your machine need servicing?

This varies from one machine to another. And it’s not just the type of machine that matters, it’s how often it gets used each day too. For strapping machines, we recommend having a service carried out after 100,000 strappings. A strapping machine that is part of an automatic production line will reach this number much faster than a stand-alone semi-automatic strapping machine.
