Steenks Service installed the Reisopack 2905 at grower Franke, integrating it into the new automatic processing line at their new nursery in Naaldwijk. The Reisopack 2905 is a fully automatic strapping machine designed to horizontally strap stacked goods with strapping band. The Reisopack 2905 also has the ability to automatically fit corner boards to pallets.

Step 1 – The binder is removed from its packaging and the individual parts are assembled by our specialists.

Step 2 – The binding frame is carefully attached to the binding column.

Step 3 – The corner board applicator is transported to the installation location by forklift truck.

Step 4 – The frame for the binding column is placed at the installation location of the strapping machine. Two corner board applicators are placed alongside.

Step 5 – The column with binding head is placed on the frame.

Step 6 – Finally, the strapping machine is fully adjusted as required and tested by our specialists.
