Steenks Service takes care of installation of a Reisopack 2905 in Japan

But we never limit ourselves, and are never afraid to tackle challenges elsewhere. Last month, our engineer Martijn travelled to Japan to install a strapping machine. Installation carried out in Japan by Steenks Service

Steenks Service has installed a Reisopack 2905 strapping machine in an automation line from Taks Handling Systems. This Japanese greenhouse complex is dedicated primarily to tomato growing. Our engineer Martijn travelled to Japan with all the tools he needed to install the fully automatic strapping machine in an automatic processing line. The Reisopack 2905 is controlled from the processing line, allowing employees to choose which program the machine runs. The new strapping machine will help the Japanese tomato grower to accelerate its harvest processing.

The fully automatic strapping machine straps stacked goods horizontally using high-quality strapping band. The Reisopack 2905 can also automatically insert corner boards on multiple pallets. This makes the strapping machine highly suitable for integration into a processing line to accelerate and improve the production process.
