Steenks Service visits Reisopack machinery plant in Spain
Last month, Steenks Service and some of its technicians paid a visit to the Reisopack plant in Spain for an exchange of knowledge. Steenks Service sat down with Reisopack to brainstorm possible product enhancements to the Reisopack 2903 and 2905 machines.
Exchange of knowledge on strapping machines
On 28 April 2023, Steenks Service took some of its technicians to Spain to visit the Reisopack machinery plant near Barcelona. The aim of the visit was to share technical expertise and to discuss potential future product enhancements. In addition, technicians also shared expertise on the installation of strapping machines, as well as experiences of fixing faults experienced by customers. If you ask us, it was a real win-win situation!
Reisopack 2903 and 2905 strapping machines
During the visit, technicians exchanged knowledge on the Reisopack 2903 and Reisopack 2905. Both are fully automatic strapping machines that can be used to strap goods horizontally. They are suitable for large volumes and require minimal human input. They can be used as standalone machines or can be integrated into a fully automatic processing line. In addition, both machines can be used with corner boards to give added strength to pallets of goods. The technical specifications of the strapping machines can be found on the product pages. The Reisopack 2905 has a minimum and maximum strapping height of 14.5 cm and 2.60 m from the ground respectively. The widths of the pallets can range from 80 to 120 cm.
