Used pipe-rail trolleys transformed into air wheel trolleys

Overhaul of old pipe-rail trolleys

At Steenks Service, we have completely overhauled old pipe-rail trolleys and transformed them into new air wheel trolleys. We have done this with Berg Hortimotive BRW150 pipe-rail trolleys. By modifying the frame, we were able to fit air wheels under the trolleys. We then repainted the trolleys to ensure that they look as good as new! The new BR04 air wheel trolleys are ideal for working at height in locations without an (extensive) pipe-rail system.

Customised pipe-rail trolleys

A pipe-rail trolley makes crop protection easy. The trolleys can be used at different heights for harvesting work, crop work, crop spraying, repairs, cleaning work on lamps, cultivation gutters and lighting. This list shows our complete range of pipe-rail trolleys. We are happy to supply customised pipe-rail trolleys to match additional requirements. This might include spray painting in preferred colours, an additional hydraulic mechanism, fitting an electric hose reel or converting the transport mechanism for air wheels.

Air wheel trolleys

The trolleys can be used when carrying out harvesting work, crop activities and crop spraying at different heights.
