Steenks Service presents new pipe rail trolley and strapping machine at FruitLogistica

The new year starts for Steenks Service with several international trade fairs. From 7 to 9 February, for instance, we can be found at the FruitLogistica in Berlin. Here, Steenks Service will present a new pipe rail trolley! This is the most user-friendly pipe rail trolley with the highest value for money from our assortment. We will also demonstrate a fully automatic strapping machine at the fair.

FruitLogistica in Berlin

The FruitLogistica is an international trade fair focused on the production and marketing of fresh food. These are fruits and vegetables from the horticultural industry. This fair represents the produce, trade and technical suppliers of these products. There 2,600 exhibitors and more than 63,000 visitors are expected from some 140 countries.

Steenks Service will share a stand with Reisopack at the fair. During the fair we will present our new pipe rail trolley. We will also demonstrate a fully automatic strapping machine.

New pipe rail trolley at Steenks Service

At Steenks Service, we have a new pipe rail trolley. This is the Berkvens GL Flex Pro pipe rail trolley. User-friendliness was the key word when designing this trolley. The trolley is low in maintenance and the electronics have been minimized. In addition, the trolley has a unique lifting system with large rubber lifting wheels. This makes the trolley easy to move along the concrete path in the greenhouse. Finally, the pipe rail trolley can be optionally finished with stainless steel. The stainless steel finish makes the trolley more durable as it is more resistant to cleaning agents. All this together makes the GL Flex Pro the most user-friendly pipe rail trolley with the highest price/quality in the assortment of Steenks Service.

Reisopack 2905 strapping machine

A fully automatic strapping machine will be demonstrated at the stand of Steenks Service during FruitLogistica. It concerns a Reisopack 2905. This machine can automatically strap pallets including cornerboards. The machine is available as a stand-alone or mobile version. The machine can also be integrated into a processing line. The machine can be controlled from the processing line, allowing it to select the right strapping programme. The Reisopack 2905 straps 3 straps and cornerboards within 65 seconds. When the pallet is strapped then it can be safely transported.
